Set clear objectives and performance expectations. Identify and develop new sales opportunities, markets, and customer segments. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management. Collaborate with product development and pricing teams to align strategies with market needs. Monitor industry trends and emerging sales and marketing technologies. Support business development and client meetings as required. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing management or a similar role. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and marketing goals. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in sales and marketing software and CRM tools. Sales experience in one or more of the following sectors: Construction Real estate Concrete admixtures Building materials Related sectors Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
