Description of DutiesImplement the strategic direction of the network infrastructure.Develop and maintain the Enterprise IT network Architecture. Develop policies, procedures, and process documents for network infrastructure administration and lead in their implementation through continuous review.Manage the design, setup, installation, and integration of various network environments, or process designs for IT network infrastructure, any outsourced technology, and business process solutions to meet the business requirements as per PCI DSS and other relevant security standardsDevelop and maintain a network architecture that supports the business requirements. Build high availability and best performance of networks to meet customer expectations.Manage vendor relationships and monitor all network support activities within established OLAs/SLAs.Discuss with vendors to implement fixes and issues that are logged to vendors portals. Involve in different infrastructure and other related projects.  Develop procedures to ensure network security and quality are maintained.Establish users’ privileges and monitor user access management.Conduct network performance metrics. Manage and implement reporting systems. Implement infrastructure capacity planning and business continuity.Ensure configuration and log backups, restoration, archiving, and retention policy and procedures are properly implemented regularly. Manage high availability, confidentiality, integrity, and reliability of the IT infrastructure and disaster recovery site.Lead maintenance, upgrade, and migration of network infrastructure and related systems.Research new infrastructure technologies and work with the relevant work units in the development of new products and services.Prepare a budget for the unit.Provide training, coaching, and mentoring of employees within the unit toward effective career development.Manage incidents timely.Prepare periodic reportsPerform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisorQualification & Work ExperienceBachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical engineering, ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field At least 8 years experience in network and systems administration Training in Cisco CCNA, CCNA Security, CCNP, or equivalent is preferable. Experience in managing and administering ICT systems, and network infrastructure management preferable. Experience in network design and implementation, security, internet protocol, and network infrastructure is preferable.Required SkillsTime management  Communication Critical thinking Salary: As per the Company scale with an attractive benefit package
