Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.Qualifications Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience in conducting interviewsAbility to effectively evaluate and assess candidatesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience using recruiting software or applicant tracking systemsKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsExperience in the coffee industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
