Minimum Qualifications:Diploma plus certificate in Electromechanical or plumbing installation Technology from recognized institution, Experience in surface, submersible and solar driven pumps and generators operation & maintenance is helpful.Preferred Experience & Skills2 years proven experience for Diploma or in operating and maintaining from big to small electromechanical equipment, servicing pump and generator, pipe installation work.0-year experience for degree holders.Strong and proven track record to prioritize and deliver on time.Strong analytic problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively with partners at all levels.Ability to manage and work through change in a proactive and positive manner.Have received training or certificate on Plumbing and electromechanical preferred.NGO experience is a plus.Proficient in spoken and written in English and Local languages.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.Language SkillsCommunication skill spoken Local language and/or Amharic.Standard of Professional Conduct:The IRC and the IRC workers must adhere to the values and principles outlined in the IRC Way – our Code of Conduct.
