Job RequirementsA first degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Financial Management, or a related field is required.Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.Proficiency in Accounting and MS Office Suite is required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.Candidates must be computer literate.Peachtree experience is required.Good spoken and written English skills are a must.Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesComplying with all company, local, and federal accounting and financial regulations.Compiling, analyzing, and reporting accounting data.Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.Maintain project-based financial reports, with their respective documentation.Presenting financial data to managers, partners, and other entities.Maintain accurate financial records.Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.compute and report taxes to ERCA on time.Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.Ensuring the presence of the organization's financial documents and data in sufficient manner, such as financial ledgers and related forms and documents in hard and soft copies.Ensuring the financial documentation systems of the department are arranged in a reliable and well-organized way.Preparing monthly salary payroll for both permanent and contract employees at the end of the month transferring it to the bank, following up the transfer.Facilitate control of petty cash.Initiate an approved payment request and collect related documents.Preparing monthly bank reconciliation.Analyzing, posting, summarizing, and preparing financial reports on the accounting softwareControlling the accounting systems to be free from any frauds and faults.Following up on the performance of accounting transactions to be carried on based on the approved accounting rules and regulations.Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
