Job Title: Finance ManagerDepartment: Accounting and FinanaceEmployment Type: Full timeSalary: NegotiableWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager on behalf of ouresteemed client.Position OverviewAs a key member of our organization, the Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing allfinancial operations to ensure the company’s financial health and success. The ideal candidate willprovide strategic financial guidance to senior management, analyze financial data, and develop plansto maximize profitability.Duties and Responsibilities:● Provide accurate financial reports and interpret financial information for senior management● Advise on investment activities and recommend strategies for optimal returns● Maintain the financial health of the company by monitoring performance and identifyingareas for improvement● Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and overall company performance against business plans● Develop trends and projections for the company’s finances● Conduct reviews for cost-reduction opportunities and implement necessary changes● Oversee the finance department’s operations, set goals, and ensure objectives are met● Manage the preparation of the company’s budget● Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations● Liaise with other departments to align on company plans and future pathsQualifications and Requirements:● Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related fields with Five(5) years of demonstrated experience out of which three (3) years at a Managerial levelpositionOR● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking and Finance orrelated fields with seven (7) years of demonstrated experience out of which five (5) years atManagerial level position● Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role● Extensive understanding of financial trends and market patterns● Proficiency in finance software and tools● Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills● Ability to lead and guide employees in financial processes● Solid knowledge of financial statistics and accounting principles● Familiarity with statutory legislation and regulations in finance● Excellent working knowledge of IFRS and local regulations and requirements.
