Job title:  Marketing and Communications officerLocation:  Addis Ababa, EthiopiaCompany:  RS LNC Consultancy PLC.Experience:2+ years.We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Communications Officer on behalf of our esteemed client. The Marketing and Communications Officer will play a key role in documenting, communicating, marketing, and promoting the activities of the company.Responsibilities:Specific activities will include – but are not limited to – the following:❖    Content Creation and Storytelling:o  Develop engaging multimedia content (written, visual, and video) that showcases the impact and achievements of the company project .o  Craft compelling blog posts, articles, and other written content by working closely with the project teams and creating website copy, and social media content that resonates with our target audience.o  Collaborate with the design team to create a consistent and visually appealing brand identity across all platforms.❖      Digital and Social Media Management:o  Develop and manage a content calendar for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and our website using tools like Buffer.o  Schedule content, engage with followers, and ensure regular updates to keep stakeholders informed.o  Oversee the overall management of our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.❖    Strategic Communication and Reporting:o  Design and create impactful presentations and reports that communicate program progress and achievements.o  Work closely with project teams to gather insights and translate them into clear and concise communication pieces.❖    Content and Resource Management: o  Develop a workflow strategy to streamline content creation and communication processes.o  Organize and maintain digital assets (photos, videos) for easy access and retrieval.o  Update and maintain style guides and ensure consistent branding across all materials.Job requirements●Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing or communications roles.●  Proficiency in English and Amharic is required.● Strong experience in content creation across multiple formats including written, visual, and video, with a substantial emphasis on excellent writing, editing, and blogging skills.●Proficient in the use of social media management tools (e.g., Buffer), CRM systems, and content scheduling platforms.●Experienced with digital content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and managing WordPress blogs.●  Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in developing a visual and recognizable online presence for programs or organizations, as evidenced by a robust portfolio.● Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining brand consistency.●   Ability to independently manage and enhance online branding and communication strategies.● Strong capability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content, with a focus on creating impactful blogs and communications materials.●  Experience in project management and content workflow strategies is considered a plus.How to apply:Submit your CV and any relevant supporting documents for the National Sales Manager position by emailing them to apply@yes.et.
