Business Development Executive

THE JOBThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and researching on new business opportunities to promote outbound medical value travel / medical tourism and business generation.  MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.Forge partnerships with key opinion leaders, doctors, clinicians, medical tourism companies / healthcare facilitators, clinicians, governments bodies, NGOs & other payers to drive engagement for patient referral.Generate leads through strategic initiatives, medical camps, organizational associations and digital marketing.Organize medical camps, CME programmes and other business development activities to promote partner hospitals.Source government contracts in the target country.Funnel marketing support to partner hospitals through on-ground marketing campaigns.Ensure timely payments to partners by helping process their invoices and transfer of fundsEnsure all Regulatory compliances. QUALIFICATIONS The job holder should have the following qualifications.A minimum of three years’ experience in the health sector or preferably in a similar role.Proven track record of consistently meeting set sales target.Knowledge of the medical tourism industry is a plusTHE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOBThe ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies.Excellent written and verbal communication.Excellent negotiation skills.Possess good interpersonal skills and influencing ability.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and Team player.Highly self-motivated.  WHAT WE ARE OFFERING THE RIGHT PERSONUSD 1,250HOW TO APPLYVisit www.careeroptionsafricagroup.com and www.hreastafrica.com for more details on this position.Send CV only to recruitment_ng@careeroptionsafricagroup.com by 25th June 2024 subject heading, as Business Development Executive – Ethiopia .
