Department:          Marketing and Sales DepartmentAccountable to:   CEOCompany Sector:       FMCGExperience:             10+ Years of experience out of which 4 years on managerial level.Employment Type:      Full timeSalary:                        Negotiable  We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Sales Manager (NSM) on behalf of our esteemed client. The NSM will be responsible for managing the overall sales activity of the company's products and services.                                              About the RoleThe National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing national sales strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives. You will be managing a sales team, setting sales quotas, and driving the team to meet or exceed targets. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and suggest innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.Duties and Responsibilities:Drive and implement national sales strategies to achieve company goals.Manage a sales team to maximize revenue and meet or exceed goals.Create national sales plans and quotas aligned with overall sales objectives.Educate the sales team through regular meetings, visits, and on-the-job support.Evaluate individual, regional, and national performance levels.Report on overall sales results.Prepare and review the annual budget.Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.Suggest new services/products and sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.Negotiate sales prices and discounts in consultation with the CEO.Prepare tender documents and participate in tenders.Coordinate with the marketing team to execute marketing and promotional activities.Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Sound knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Valid driver's license.How to apply:Submit your CV and any relevant supporting documents for the National Sales Manager position by emailing them to apply@yes.et.
