Basic FunctionsUnder the supervision of the Site Supervisor, the Technical Applicator, performs application and installation works; visits customer project sites and assists in taking work measurements.3. Detailed Duties & Responsibilities1.1 Visits customer’s project sites and assists the Senior Technical Applicator in taking detailedand complete work measurements to determine cost estimate;1.2 Assists customers in preparing the project site for work;1.3 Mobilizes materials, tools and equipments to the project site;1.4 Performs application works of less complex nature utilizing the right materials, tools and facilities as per technical specification;1.5 Uses safe working practices and procedures at all times complying with company’s safety regulation including the wearing of protective materials;1.6 Assigns Assistant Technical Applicators where they right fit;1.7 Informs Senior Technical Applicator if there is a shortage of materials beforehand;1.8 Assists Senior Technical Applicator in taking measurement;1.9 Takes good care of assigned materials and tools;1.10 Performs other related activities as may be assigned by the supervisor.Job SpecificationLevel V or advanced diploma from recognized University/ College in Construction Management with no work experience Or Level IV /10+3/ diploma from recognized University/ College in Construction Management with 2 years of related work experience Or Level III/ 10+2 certificate from recognized College/TVET in Construction Management with 4 years of related work experience.
