Education: Diploma or BA in Management or Business AdministrationExperience: 3 or 2 years respectively as per education levelSkills: Good communication and knowledge of the surrounding areaBrief responsibilities for this position include:· Review event notes, and take a leadership role in the setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, pipe and drape, rubber matting and carpets, giveaways, Additionally working with the Production department in fulfilling the necessary facilities, waste removal follow up and support in Factory Housekeeping. Monitors work areas and examine systems to ensure safe conditions or to detect violations of procedures or safety rules· Follow up with employees cafeteria issue, record the consumption and provide timely report; handle employees complain on cafeteria and looking for solution and providing healthy cafeteria system· Look after guards, janitors and drivers for them to report on duty and required functionality· Respond to audit system in the factory and align with the customers’ business guide lines and pre requisites Location: Lege TafoAvailability: immediateSalary: Negotiable
