Job Description

SantimPay is looking for a settlement officer who is going to be responsible for managing and informing the clients of their payment obligations for the services offered by a financial institution or other related organizations. Settlement Officer records transactions and ensure the timely completion of account statements. Job Responsibility: • Performing back office transactions.• Preparing daily trade reports.• Monitoring account transactions.• Managing client accounts.• Reconciling balances. Qualifications / Experience: • Knowledge of bank procedures.• Confidence working with numbers.• Confidentiality and integrity.• Great on teamwork.• Organisation and decision making.• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in finance or economics or related subjects is required. Technical & Other Skills: • Computer literate.• Consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.• Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.• Intermediate skill of Microsoft, Excel and Word.• Strong writing, phone and presentation skills.• Good interpersonal communication skills.• Trustworthy• Excellent arithmetic skillSend your CV to amanuel@santimpay.com by June 19, 2024
