About the jobThe ideal candidate for this position should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work and making sure the CEO's operations run smoothly. Thus, the candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver. Responsibilities• Representing the CEO by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence, answering questions and meeting requests• Provide administrative support to the CEO by preparing documents to be reviewed and presented• Performing basic accounting tasks, calendar management and booking travel to the CEO including accommodations and ground transportation• Analyzing and reading incoming memos, submissions and forwarding it to the CEO and distributing them as necessary• Assisting with meeting preparation, recording meeting minutes and follow up actions• Execute office administrative tasks such as mailings, communications, keeping records of corporate documents and reports• Making appointment with clients and collecting and filling documents from a buyer or a seller in the real estate transaction Required skills• Experience in composing professional emails, letters, memos• Competency in Microsoft Office Suit• Active listening and communication skill• Ability to perform task under pressure and take initiative with minimal direction• Problem solving and organizational skill• Well-spoken and presentableQualifications• Degree in Business Administration or related field• 1-year proven experience on the role (with in a real estate sector is a plus) Why join us?• Competitive salary and commission structure• Opportunity to work with a reputable and established real estate company• Supportive and collaborative work environment• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities• Career growth potential within the organization
