Responsibilities include document preparation, procurement coordination, safety compliance, and project supervision.Main responsbilities Prepare technical and financial documents for capital projects, consolidate information, create BAP requests, and lead approvals.Coordinate project phases from concept to closure, including specifications, procurement, and installation.Lead procurement, control project execution, update EAM, and track purchase requisitions.Prepare and provide financial reports for CapEx projects.Support manufacturing and commissioning engineers with technical problem-solving and inquiries.Assist in project supervision, scheduling, and collaboration across disciplines.Supervise contractor work and ensure compliance with policies and standards.Develop and implement advanced project management methods.Understand and follow health and safety requirements, rules, and procedures.Learn about labor protection, identify hazards, and implement control measures.Enhance knowledge in occupational health and safety, participate in training, and follow safety signs and instructions.Demonstrate safe behavior, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and act within competence.Adhere to shop instructions and perform duties under the 5S3R program.Follow fire safety and labor regulations and maintain workplace according to 5S3R and safety rules.Who are we looking for?Bachelor's degree (B.SC) in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering,and other related fields. 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or a related field.Proficiency in technical and financial documentation preparation.Strong coordination skills for project phases, procurement, and installation.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Ability to lead procurement efforts and track purchase requisitions.Familiarity with supporting manufacturing and commissioning engineers in technical problem-solving.Excellent organizational skills for project supervision, scheduling, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
