As part of this assignment, we are assembling a team, which should include experts in the financial sector, banking sector, implementation management, procurement, capacity building, environmental social & health management, finance, and monitoring & evaluation. The Key Expert should be experienced in compiling reports for international donors, preferably KfW and the World Bank Specific Roles and Responsibilities: The Monitoring and Evaluation Expert shall support Gargaara in collecting relevant data regarding the SMEs and local banks for future adjustment / optimization of the log frame matrix (better fitting into the national context and the Gargaara organization) Scope of Work Support Gargaara in collection of relevant data (including definition of data concept) Proposition of suitable indicators for future log frame matrices relevant for the Gargaara organization and within the national context (SMEs, banks, etc.)About You Selection Criteria: Qualifications: Graduate (Master or Diploma) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Social Sciences. Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: At least 5 years relevant working experience in banks / financial institutions with a development focus. Minimum of 2 projects as M&E for projects funded by international donors (preferably by KfW or World bank). Experience in development of suitable indicators and setting up the organization to collect the relevant information. Experience in setting up regular standardized M&E reporting.
