The HR Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. They will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the company's growth. Qualifications Experience in HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relationsKnowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience with remote team managementKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsHR certification or relevant degree is a plus
