The company specializes in the acquisition, development, construction, marketing, and sales of residential and mixed-use properties. Real Estate Sales Agent Number of Positions: 20 Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Employment Type: Full-time, on-site Job Responsibilities The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for: Prospecting and generating sales leads. Conducting client meetings and following up with prospective customers. Arranging and conducting property viewings. Presenting real estate properties to potential buyers. Negotiating offers with clients. Closing property sales. Building and maintaining client relationships. Conducting sales activities related to residential and mixed-use real estate properties. Qualifications and Skills Applicants should have: Experience in customer service and sales. Knowledge of real property and real estate market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
