Our London office is looking for a full-time mid-level assistant editor to join the team. The AE would work closely with editors and producers to ensure smooth workflows from project setup and organisation through final delivery. This includes ingesting and transcoding footage, maintaining project organisation, sourcing music and and sfx, recording VO, assisting with edits, and preparing materials for colour, VFX, conform and audio. Requirements – Thorough understanding of Avid MC and Adobe Premiere Pro with at least 2+ years experience in both. Familiar with commercial post production workflow. Great communication skills with editor and production. Organized and great attention to detail and someone who remains calm and confident under pressure. Ability to multi-task and prioritize accurately. Knowledge of platforms such as Frame.io, Cloud Servers, Nexis, Wiredrive, Edit Haven, Jump among others. Basic knowledge of After Effects a must. Knowledge of AI and online tools a bonus. Experience in full prep for audio, colour, vfx and conform and overseeing smooth delivery of post. Technical capabilities and be up to date on latest editing software advancements.
