Graduate Trainee Job Type: Graduate Trainee Experience: No work experience required Graduation Year: 2026 G.C. Minimum CGPA: 2.50 Job Locations: Multiple locations in Ethiopia Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or another closely related field. Must have graduated in 2026 G.C. Minimum CGPA of 2.50. Must have passed the exit examination. Experience No prior work experience is required. Successful completion of the program requires the trainee to commit to serving Addis International Bank for a period of three years.
