Sales & Accounts Officer

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Sales & Accounts Officer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations, sales, customer service, inventory management, and basic accounting/financial records.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily sales and provide excellent customer service.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products.Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, and sales documents.Handle cash, bank transfers, POS and other payment methods.Maintain accurate daily sales and cash records.Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies.Record and monitor inventory movements.Receive, issue, count, and organize shop inventory.Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items.Maintain accurate customer and supplier records.Follow up on credit sales and outstanding customer payments.Prepare daily and periodic sales and inventory reports.Use Microsoft Excel and/or accounting or inventory software for record keeping.Support purchasing and supplier coordination when required.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.Assist management with other day-to-day business activities.RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Previous experience in retail sales, shop management, cashiering, accounting, or inventory management is highly preferred.Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.Good communication and customer-service skills.Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, printers, accessories, and other IT products is an advantage.Ability to manage cash and inventory responsibly.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Honest, reliable, organized, and able to work independently.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.We Are Looking For Someone WhoCan confidently communicate with customers and close sales.Understands the importance of accurate financial and inventory records.Can identify and correct discrepancies in cash or stock.Is comfortable working with numbers and Excel.Takes responsibility for their work.Is willing to learn about IT products and the technology market.Has a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
