Equipment Manager

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Work Experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction equipment management. Required Skills Knowledge of heavy construction equipment operations and maintenance. Experience in preventive maintenance planning, equipment allocation, and fleet management. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with fleet management software is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Manage equipment operations, maintenance schedules, and utilization. Supervise mechanics and maintenance personnel. Monitor equipment performance, safety compliance, and maintenance records.
