Foreclosure and Debt Litigation Officer Education: LLB Degree in Law Experience: 3 years of experience in the banking sector Job Objective: The Foreclosure and Debt Litigation Officer is responsible for protecting the Bank from potential legal vulnerabilities by providing legal analysis and drafting legal advice related to the credit process, as well as reviewing and confirming legally required documents.
