Programmer Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of experience in API design and systems integration. Strong proficiency with modern development technologies and stacks such as: Java / Spring .NET Node.js Python Strong knowledge of API standards, including: RESTful APIs SOAP GraphQL Experience with message queues and microservices. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of banking protocols such as ISO 8583 and ISO 20022. Knowledge of payment gateways and security standards, including: OAuth 2.0 TLS PKI 2. DFS Partnership Supervisor Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in partnership or business development. Strong negotiation skills. Strong relationship-management skills. Demonstrated experience in business development and partnership management. Experience working with businesses in areas such as: Banking Insurance FinTech InsurTech Other related business sectors Experience involving high-level stakeholder engagement and business closing. 3. DFS Product Portfolio Supervisor Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business. At least 3 years of experience in product development or product management. Knowledge of digital financial services (DFS). Knowledge of the finance sector.
