Electrical Division Head

Job brief People First Consult is looking for an experienced Electrical Division Head on behalf of a diversified industrial company within a leading Ethiopian business group. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Electrical Division, driving business growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead the division's operations, business development, and overall performance. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets. Oversee sales, technical operations, project execution, and customer service, as applicable to the division. Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners. Manage budgets, resources, and operational risks while ensuring quality and compliance. Lead and develop the division's team and monitor performance against agreed targets. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage. At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role. Experience in electrical products, engineering, technical services, or project management. Strong commercial awareness, leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
