Account Receivable Officer Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or general accounting. Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage. Experience with ERP or accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Tally. Prior experience in a similar industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas. Familiarity with invoicing, reconciliation, and preparation of aging reports. Understanding of credit control and collections procedures. Location: Addis Ababa 2. Human Resource Officer Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR officer role. Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices. Proficiency in HR software/HRIS and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Computer skills are an advantage. Location: Addis Ababa 3. Finance Manager Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, including managerial experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards. Experience in strategic financial planning and forecasting. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Location: Addis Ababa 4. English Teacher Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in English, English Education, Education, Literature, or a related field. Recognized teaching qualification is preferred. Previous experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum is highly desirable. Experience preparing students for Cambridge examinations such as IGCSE, AS, or A Level is an advantage. Strong knowledge of English language, literature, grammar, and academic writing. Excellent spoken and written English. Good classroom management and student engagement skills. Ability to differentiate instruction for students with varying abilities. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning resources.
