Bezaw is Addis Ababa’s first dedicated Curbside Commerce Platform. We are transforming the retail landscape by turning the physical parking lots of major supermarkets, bakeries, and premium restaurants into high-speed digital drive-thrus. We are a fast-moving, asset-light tech company looking for an elite talent to work with our teamWe are seeking a highly charismatic, fiercely confident, and impeccably organized Head of Business Operations.(Note: As part of Bezaw’s initiative to empower female leadership in the Ethiopian tech sector, this executive position is exclusively open to highly driven female candidates).Key Responsibilities:B2B Enterprise Sales: Confidently walk into target supermarkets, cafes, and premium restaurants with our sales team, conduct live demonstrations of the Bezaw app, and secure signed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Or Prepare A meeting for more Followup.Executive Operations & Reporting: Act as the operational bridge to the management. Prepare detailed weekly performance reports, schedule high-level corporate boardroom meetings, and manage the daily dispatch workflow.Merchant & Customer Success: Serve as the professional face of the company for VIP clients. Conduct weekly check-ins with our signed partners to ensure flawless execution.Brand Ambassador: Represent Bezaw in corporate PR, social media campaigns, and handle customer de-escalation with empathy and professionalism.
