Job Summary
The Junior Engineer supports the planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of engineering projects. The position involves assisting senior engineers with field and office activities while supporting quality, safety, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of engineering systems and equipment.
Conduct site surveys, inspections, and technical assessments.
Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and progress updates.
Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and EHS requirements.
Coordinate with project teams, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors as required.
Monitor project activities to support timely completion of assigned tasks.
Verify materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution.
Maintain accurate records, drawings, and project documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

2. Fleet Supervisor
Department: Quality Health and Safety (QEHS) - AEC
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
The EHS and Fleet Management Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards while overseeing the operation, maintenance, and utilization of the company’s fleet. The role focuses on workplace safety, regulatory compliance, operational risk reduction, and fleet performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Deliver EHS inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for employees and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with PPE requirements, emergency preparedness, and environmental protection measures.
Manage fleet activities, including vehicle allocation, maintenance scheduling, inspections, and licensing.
Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, GPS tracking, and driver performance to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure fleet documentation, insurance, registrations, and permits remain valid and up to date.
Investigate vehicle accidents and safety incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure vehicle availability and operational readiness.
Prepare periodic EHS and fleet performance reports for management.
Ensure compliance with customer EHS requirements and applicable international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 0–2 years of experience in EHS and/or fleet management.
Knowledge of Ethiopian EHS regulations and transport requirements.

Job Summary
The Junior HR Officer supports the Human Resources department in implementing HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, and HR administration while helping ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and timesheets.
Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate and up-to-date attendance and employee data.
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
Coordinate employee training, induction, and development programs.
Assist with performance appraisal and employee development processes.
Support employee relations by responding to HR inquiries and assisting with workplace issues.
