Junior Assembly Technician Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field, or a relevant TVET qualification. Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a factory setting involving similar products such as E2W or E3W. Additional Requirements: Knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment Basic Microsoft Office skills Ability to multitask Strong time-management skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Motor assembly knowledge 2. Junior Customer Experience Officer Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Customer Service Management, or a related field. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or front-facing service. Additional Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities Ability to use phones, chat platforms, and customer support systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Basic data-entry and reporting skills using Google Sheets or CRM dashboards Positive attitude and strong accountability 3. Battery Site Acquisition Supervisor Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2–3 years of experience in site acquisition, logistics management, operations, project management, or infrastructure deployment. Additional Requirements: Experience managing teams or coordinating field staff Ability to travel extensively across the city for field assessments and site visits Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple site projects simultaneously 4. Battery Hardware Team Lead/Engineer Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, battery systems, or a related field. Additional Requirements: Strong electrical fundamentals, including HV architecture and contactors Proficiency with IR meters, multimeters, and DAQ equipment Knowledge of safety standards and certification testing methods Strong documentation and reporting skills 5. Warehouse Supervisor Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred. Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and team leadership, preferably in manufacturing. Additional Requirements: Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Knowledge of inventory control procedures Experience with manufacturing-focused ERP systems such as SAP, Cin7, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure Good written and verbal communication skills Leadership and organizational skills Ability to motivate and manage a team Good MS Office and reporting skills 6. Additional Requirements: Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Ability to work independently and collaboratively Audit and compliance management skills Knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations 7. Customer Experience (CX) Manager Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer experience, after-sales, or service operations, ideally in automotive, mobility, or telecommunications. Additional Requirements: Proven leadership experience managing customer-facing teams, including call center, CRM, or after-sales teams Strong communication and analytical skills Process-improvement skills Fluency in English and Amharic Familiarity with CRM and data analytics tools such as Zoho, Trello, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms Strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction Strong leadership and team-management skills 8. Accounting/Finance Manager Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 7–9 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, including at least 3 years of managerial experience.
