Fresh graduates with 0 years of work experience are encouraged to apply. Cumulative GPA above 2.5. Successful completion of the national exit exam. Graduation year of 2025/26 or later. Age not more than 25 years. Ability to commit to the internship for 3–6 months. Willingness to learn and work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to sign the internship program agreement. Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills. Previous training or certification in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Selected interns will: Support customer engagement and relationship management. Develop product knowledge related to foam mattresses and plastic products. Assist in identifying and following up on sales leads and market opportunities. Participate in on-the-job training and professional development activities. Contribute to individual and team sales targets under the guidance of senior staff. Perform other duties assigned by the supervising sales officer.
