Your role
As a Regional Sales Engineer CSO - Ethiopia, your mission is to drive sales growth and increase market share for CSO products within an assigned territory. You will report to the Sales Manager, CSO.
You will
Prospect, develop, and maintain quality customer relationships within the assigned region
Identify and target key accounts, engineering firms, distributors, resellers, OEMs, and strategic market segments to expand market share
Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Manage direct sales activities, including customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations
Follow up on leads and referrals generated by Inside Sales and Marketing
Establish and maintain regular contact with existing and new customers, with a focus on key accounts
Drive business growth by promoting Connectivity and Optimization solutions across the region, ensuring alignment with divisional strategic goals
Create stock list and manage the reorder levels for all customers
Follow up on key accounts and key projects - build sustainable relationship with all stakeholders
Review and act on sales reports and dashboards related to pipeline activity, order intake, and performance against targets
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, quotations, and leads within the CRM system
Identify and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach

You have a miminum three(3) years of experience, direct sales or customer service experience, preferably in industrial equipment sales or Compressor parts & service sales
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or equivalent relevant experience
Familiarity with major operators and customers within Ethiopia Market
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a results-driven mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems such as SAP C4C or Salesforce
Experience using Power BI or other analytics tools
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
