MRE is seeking a strategic and creative marketing professional looking to make an impact. Experienced and driven Senior Marketing Executive who will lead innovative marketing initiatives and support ambitious sales targets in Ethiopia and among Ethiopian Diaspora communities worldwide. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy. Prepare and implement a six-month marketing action plan with clear KPIs and budget. Drive qualified lead generation through integrated marketing campaigns, optimizing channels and strategies to achieve ambitious sales goals. Plan and manage digital marketing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, email marketing and CRM platforms. Lead campaigns targeting Ethiopian Diaspora communities in the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe and South Africa. Strengthen MRE's brand awareness and market positioning. Organise property launches, exhibitions, open-house events and promotional activities. Monitor campaign performance and optimise return on marketing investment (ROMI). Minimum 3-5 years' relevant marketing experience in real estate, FMCG, banking, telecom, automotive, hospitality or another customer-focused industry. Proven success in digital marketing, lead generation and campaign management. Strong analytical, project management and communication skills. Experience with CRM, Google Analytics and marketing automation tools is an advantage. Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools is desirable.
