ERP Implementation & Operations Coordinator

As we roll out and implement a new ERP system in our restaurant, we are looking for an energetic, reliable, and proactive fresh graduate to help us oversee its implementation and day-to-day operation.During the rollout, you will serve as an integral part of the system, filling gaps and helping ensure that it works seamlessly. This may include training employees, working hands-on alongside our staff, and temporarily taking on multiple roles to understand each position and workflow. By doing so, you will be able to support employees effectively, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and make practical recommendations for improvement.You will be responsible for ensuring that the system is correctly applied and consistently used, that processes are followed end-to-end, and that any issues are addressed or escalated in a timely manner. You will also generate daily reports and commentary, identify issues or missed opportunities, and help ensure that the system operates efficiently and seamlessly.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day implementation and use of the ERP system.Work directly with restaurant staff to ensure processes are followed correctly.Train and support employees in using the system.Learn and understand the restaurant's different roles and workflows.Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Address problems directly when possible and escalate them when necessary.Monitor the system end-to-end and ensure information is being captured correctly.Prepare clear daily reports on operations, issues, observations, and progress.Communicate feedback from the ground to management.What We Are Looking ForFresh graduate or early-career candidate.Energetic, responsible, reliable, and proactive.Quick learner who can adapt to changing situations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good problem-solving skills and practical judgment.Comfortable working hands-on with different teams and taking initiative.Organized and attentive to detail.Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and digital systems.Technical background is a plus, but not required.Strong communication is essential. You will serve as the physical hands, eyes, and ears of the system on the ground, so you must be able to clearly identify, understand, and communicate what is happening in the restaurant.
