Digital Customer Acquisition & FinTech Partnership Officer Location: Addis Ababa Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing, Banking and Insurance, or another related field. At least 3.5 years of relevant work experience. At least 1 recent year of experience in a relevant officer-level position within the banking industry. 2. Branch Manager Grade C Locations: Addis Ababa branches, Dire Dawa, Hirna, Bonga, Shashemene, and Durame Education and Experience Requirements Applicants should meet one of the following qualification and experience combinations: MA/MBA holders: MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or another related field. Male candidates: 6.5 years of banking industry experience. Female candidates: 5.5 years of banking industry experience. BA holders: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or another related field. Male candidates: 8.5 years of banking industry experience. Female candidates: 7.5 years of banking industry experience. The required banking industry experience should include either: 2 years of experience as a Customer Services Manager Grade B; or 3 years of experience as a Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A. Salary Salary will be provided according to the Bank’s salary scale.
