Indoor Sales Officer

Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Relevant sales or customer service experience. Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage. No minimum years of experience specified. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries about products, prices, and availability. Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents. Coordinate customer orders with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams. Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances. Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Update customer databases and sales transaction records. Handle customer complaints and coordinate solutions.
