For our site based East Africa at Kurmuk Gold Mine in Ethiopia TRAINING MANAGER Minimum of 8 years' experience in a Training and Development role within the global mining, engineering, or heavy industry sector , with expertise in competency mapping and assessment, training needs analysis, skills development, mentoring and coaching, career development planning, and the development of training materials. Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma, with a Postgraduate Certificate in Training and Development or a related field being advantageous. HR MANAGER with Minimum of 10 years Human Resources experience of which at least 5 years must be managing a groupwide HR function in the global mining industry · Specialist skills, knowledge and experience in Industrial Relations within the mining industry and Bachelor’s Degree in one of the Social Science disciplines and Postgraduate Certificate in Labour Law TRAINING OFFICER with Minimum 7 years’ experience in a training environment within the global mining, engineering, or heavy industry sector Certificate in Training & Development (OD ETDP level 5 certificate).A valid Trade Certificate in a Mechanical / Electrical Engineering discipline or a Mineral Processing Certificate HR PRACTITIONER with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent with Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience as an HR Officer in the mining industry. Sound knowledge and experience in Labour legislation in an industrial environment. MAINTENANCE PLANNER / SCHEDULER At least 10 years of experience on SAP, MAXIMO, ORACLE(PREVERED) and or ONKEY(PRAGMA)in a Maintenance Planning role Technique. Relevant Trade Test Certificate with 5 years’ experience as an Artisan and 2 years’ experience as a Foreman; or National Diploma Engineering with at least 5 years process plant experience RELIABILITY TECHNICIAN National Diploma or Trade Test in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline. Minimum of 3 years' experience in reliability engineering, condition monitoring, or maintenance within a mining, mineral processing, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment. SHEQ MANAGER with a Degree or Diploma in SHEQ Management with 10 years’ experience and knowledge in plant operations withing the global Mining industry. A minimum of 3–5 years' experience operating a 290 000-ounce Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) gold processing plant is advantageous. MATERIALS CONTROLLER. Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in materials or inventory control within a global mining, engineering, or heavy industrial environment. National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience). SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN Minimum of 5 - 8 years' experience in IT support, helpdesk services, systems with in mining industry Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, ITIL,
