Purpose of the role We are looking for a customer-obsessed Key Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with our highest-value enterprise clients. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for key shippers, manufacturers, Truck Owners and corporate accounts, ensuring operational excellence, contract retention, and account revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Account Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, multi-level relationships with executive stakeholders and logistics heads at key enterprise client organizations. Account Retention & Expansion: Own account renewals, and maximize customer lifetime value. Operational Alignment: Act as the strategic liaison between enterprise clients and internal operations, fleet management, and customer service teams to ensure SLAs are consistently met. Performance Reporting: Conduct regular Business Reviews with Corporate Sales Agents, presenting volume analytics, delivery performance metrics, and cost-efficiency reports. Problem Resolution: Serve as the first point of escalation for complex service disruptions, resolving client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and trust. About You Experience: Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in B2B sales and key account management, with experience within the logistics, transport, or freight industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related discipline. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of freight operations, supply chain workflows, and corporate logistics needs. Skills: Outstanding communication, strategic account planning, conflict resolution, and data-driven presentation skills.
