Central Operations & Payment Lead / Dispatcher

Are you super smart, love working with numbers, and looking for an exciting job? We are looking for a brilliant Female Dispatcher to run our daily operations! You will be the brain of our team, AddisBites. You will track orders, handle mobile money, check payments, and keep everything running smoothly. If you are great at math and think fast on your feet, we want you on our team! Salary: 27,999 ETB a month + Bonus What You Will Do Manage Orders: Send out delivery orders to our drivers through our system. Handle Money: Check digital payments like Telebirr and CBE. Make sure all numbers and cash match up perfectly every single day. Solve Problems: Fix delivery or traffic issues quickly when things get busy. Talk & Text: Help our team, drivers, and customers in a kind, professional way. Keep Records: Write down daily reports about money and deliveries. What We Are Looking For Super Smart with Math: You must be exceptionally smart and naturally gifted with numbers and mathematics. Language Skills: You must speak and write English and Amharic very well. (Knowing Afaan Oromo is a nice bonus!) Your Own Computer: You must have your own personal computer or laptop to use for work. School & Experience: A college degree (in Accounting, Business, IT, or similar) is not mandatory, but it is a huge plus! If you have experience in dispatching, customer service, or handling money, that gives you a major advantage, too.
