Non-Key Expert – Space Applications Expert, Satellite Navigation & Connectivity NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.” The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector , supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems. In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Non-Key Expert – Space Applications Expert, Satellite Navigation & Connectivity to support activities related to satellite navigation, GNSS and augmentation systems, satellite connectivity and the development and uptake of space-based applications across Africa. Minimum Qualifications and Skills: University degree at Master’s level in engineering, telecommunications, aeronautics, geomatics , or a related field. Excellent command of English . Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese will be considered an asset. Minimum General Professional Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in satellite navigation, telecommunications, satellite connectivity and/or related applications . Minimum Specific Professional Experience At least 4 years of professional experience working on satellite-navigation or connectivity applications , including GNSS and SBAS, aviation or maritime applications and/or satellite broadband. Working knowledge of Galileo and EGNOS, IRIS² and relevant African navigation and augmentation initiatives is an asset.
