Role Description The Contract Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies. Daily activities include coordinating contract approvals, tracking key dates and obligations, supporting negotiations with stakeholders, and collaborating with procurement and valuation teams to ensure clear, well-structured agreements. The Contract Administrator will also monitor contract performance, identify risks, recommend improvements, and maintain organized documentation and records. The role requires close communication with internal teams and external parties to support smooth contract execution and support decision-making. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Contract Management skills, including drafting, review, tracking, and documentation of agreements. Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to support vendor selection, commercial terms, and stakeholder alignment. Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret contract terms, assess risks, and evaluate financial and legal implications. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, partners, and internal teams. Relevant experience in contract administration, legal support, or procurement in corporate, real estate, or investment environments is beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in standard office and contract management software are advantageous.
