Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, live chat, and SMS while providing accurate product information and resolving customer inquiries.
Sales Opportunities: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, product recommendations, and promotional offers.
Retention & Recovery: Support subscription recovery, abandoned cart campaigns, and customer win-back initiatives to improve retention and maximize revenue.
Post-Purchase Experience: Manage order-related concerns, returns, exchanges, and follow-up communications while encouraging repeat purchases and long-term customer loyalty.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams by sharing customer insights and feedback that improve products, processes, and the overall customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer support, inside sales, or a sales-focused customer service role.
Sales Mindset: Comfortable identifying sales opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and confidently recommend solutions.
Technical Skills: Experience using CRM platforms, help desk software, Shopify, or other e-commerce tools is an advantage.
Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
Technical Requirements
A dedicated desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 processor, AMD equivalent, or better.
A stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload.
