Role Description Laguz Trading & Logistics is seeking a full-time Assessor to join our team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Assessor will be responsible for evaluating logistics processes, ensuring compliance with operational standards, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports. Daily tasks also include coordinating with internal teams, liaising with clients, and assessing quality standards throughout logistics operations. This is an on-site position that requires hands-on involvement in operations to maintain service excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Strong analytical and evaluation skills to assess processes and generate reports. Proficiency in data analysis and excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with internal teams and clients. Minimum of 2 years experince with Ethiopian customs procedures and portals Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Salary Negotiable
