Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale high-performing paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. In this role, you'll take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization, working closely with creative and marketing teams to drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting strategies
Collaborate with creative strategists and designers to develop high-converting ad creatives
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reporting
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Stay updated on Meta platform changes, trends, and best practices
Requirements
Must-Have:
3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Proven track record of scaling campaigns and achieving strong ROAS
Strong understanding of ad funnels, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
Strong attention to detail and campaign management skills
Excellent communication and ability to work in a remote team
Nice-to-Have
Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads
Background in eCommerce, DTC, or SaaS marketing
Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., pixels, conversion APIs)
Experience working in an agency or high-growth startup
