Lead Virtual helps business owners across the U.S. reclaim their time by placing and managing reliable, full-time virtual assistants. We go beyond simple hiring, recruiting, training, managing, and supporting VAs so our clients can focus on growth instead of day-to-day delegation. We specialize in administrative support, real estate operations, customer service and inbox management, and sales support with CRM management. We're looking for a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for the virtual assistants we place with clients. What you'll do: Source, screen, and hire high-quality VA candidates Draft job postings and manage candidate pipelines Conduct interviews and assess skills and fit Coordinate hiring decisions with internal stakeholders Collaborate with our training and operations teams to understand client needs and refine candidate profiles Support smooth onboarding and help improve our recruitment process over time What we're looking for: Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally for remote or virtual roles Strong candidate assessment and behavioral interviewing skills Comfort with ATS platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn recruiting Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organization and time management across multiple open roles Reliable and accountable working independently, remote Bonus: experience recruiting for admin, customer service, or sales support roles Bonus: staffing/agency recruiting background, or experience recruiting internationally If you know how to spot great talent and love building a strong pipeline, we'd love to hear from you.
