What You’ll Do Client & Carrier Engagement: Communicate with corporate clients, shippers, and carriers via phone, email, and live chat to manage shipping inquiries, scheduling, and rate quotes. Drive Account Growth: Identify opportunities for service upselling, route optimization consulting, and volume expansion to maximize account value and retention. Recover & Retain Accounts: Proactively manage contract renewals, win back inactive logistics clients, and address churn risks through strategic relationship management. Shipment & Order Management: Oversee real-time shipment tracking, resolve customs or carrier delays, and coordinate exceptions to ensure a seamless post-dispatch experience. Represent the Brand: Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level service, ensuring every client interaction reflects our corporate standards of efficiency and reliability. Maintain Logistics Insights: Record precise shipment data, monitor transit KPIs, and collaborate with team leads to enhance our delivery networks and the customer journey. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of proven remote experience in logistics operations, freight coordination, or supply chain account management. Must have prior experience in logistics/B2B support (comfortable tracking shipments, managing bills of lading, handling dispatch, or driving account upsales). Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to manage freight negotiations, handle client escalations, and close contract expansions. 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat is required in a logistics or transportation environment. Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERPs, or advanced CRM platforms is a big plus. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote logistics environment. Technical Requirements A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
