We’re looking for a Support Specialist to join our team in Ethiopia. In this role, you’ll help resolve customer inquiries, manage complex cases, gather feedback, and track support interactions.
You will be responsible for
Providing timely and effective support to customers over various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat
Assisting with complex cases in a timely and professional manner
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate support interaction logs
Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction
You might be a fit if you have
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English
A personal laptop or PC with stable internet and power supply, including backup sources
The ability to work in a team and support colleagues
A willingness to learn and develop professional skills
Readiness to work night shifts on a 4-days-on/3-days-off schedule It’d be a plus if you:
Have 6+ months of experience in customer support
