Responsibilities The Bid Tracker Intern will support tender research, bid tracking, and business development activities. Responsibilities include: Searching for new tenders and business opportunities related to IT products and services. Tracking and updating bid opportunities using Microsoft Excel or other tracking tools. Recording key information, including deadlines, client details, and bid status. Monitoring submission deadlines and reminding the team about upcoming deadlines. Researching potential clients and organizations. Assisting with the collection and organization of bid documents. Following up on bid progress and preparing regular reports. Supporting the business development team in identifying new opportunities. Qualifications and Skills Applicants should meet the following requirements: Currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word. Good research and data-entry skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
