Job Purpose The Junior ESG and Occupational Health Officer will assist in implementing and monitoring environmental, social, governance, and occupational health and safety programs. The role focuses on workplace inspections, environmental monitoring, compliance documentation, employee awareness, and sustainability initiatives to promote a safe and environmentally responsible manufacturing workplace. Job Requirements and Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health Science, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A minimum CGPA of 2.8 is indicated in the vacancy announcement. Additional Knowledge and Skills Basic knowledge of workplace safety, environmental protection, and industrial risk management is an advantage. Knowledge of International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards or other relevant environmental and social sustainability standards is an added advantage but is not mandatory.
