Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-performing sales team. This is a remote sales job where you will play a critical role in generating qualified leads, building strong prospect pipelines, and supporting Account Executives in closing deals.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers, running multi-channel outreach campaigns, and consistently hitting pipeline generation targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to create sales opportunities
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
Personalize outreach messaging to target ICPs and buyer personas
Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs (calls, meetings booked, pipeline generated)
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
3-4+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Strong cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting skills
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong research skills to identify high-quality prospects
Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales is highly preferred
Fluent in English with a neutral or professional accent
