Job Summary:
We are seeking a proficient English and Amharic-speaking Channel Specialist to take full ownership of our voice chat business in the African market. You will be the key person responsible for channel development, partner management, and VIP client relations, driving growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end channel lifecycle: recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners on platform rules, functions, and operations.
Develop local market resources and partnerships (e.g., with MCNs, telecom operators) to support business goals.
Serve as the main point of contact for SVIP clients, addressing complex requests and building long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
Analyze market trends and platform needs to contribute to local operational strategies aimed at increasing market share.
Requirements:
Proficient in English and Amharic (B2+ level); BA/BS degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field.
Proven experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role.
Goal-oriented team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
Flexible to work on a rotating Saturday schedule.
