The role includes managing cash balances, authorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, supervising operational activities, promoting bank products, addressing customer needs, and supporting a productive work environment for branch staff. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily cash operations and ensure accuracy. Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Manage cash balances and authorize transactions. Reconcile accounts. Supervise branch operational activities. Support customer service and address customer needs. Promote bank products. Branch Manager IV (NS) Location: Addis Ababa Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry. At least 1 year of experience as Business Manager II, Business Manager III, or equivalent. Purpose of the Job The Branch Manager IV is responsible for ensuring that the overall banking operations of the branch are performed in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and other applicable regulations.
